Overall,  we really liked this Inn. It was a great place to stay,  especially for the price. I'm pretty picky when it comes to a hotel and hotel room and I can honestly say it was the best hotel bed ever!!! Our room was very clean, neat, and comfortable. Breakfast was great.  We had breakfast around 8:45am and it was still hot and delicious. Coffee was also good and hot. There is free Wi-Fi in the room and plenty of free, secure, gated parking.
The only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are:
1. When we arrived, nobody was at the front desk.  There was a sign that said they stepped away...for immediate assistance, call a certain number. That number just rang through to the desk.  After 30 min. and 4 calls, thinking SOMEONE in the building should pick up an extension, we finally reached someone who came to check us in.  
2. While the Inn has a newer look, the room felt a bit dated. We felt the room decor could be spruced up a bit. However,  the bathroom was large, closet was large (with robes), and there is a closet in the room which contains a small fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. It really did feel like we were guests in the upstairs guestroom at Grandma's house.

Small hotel but great location. You can walk to all the places on Front Street to visit shops or go to an event on the river-lake.

Location! Quality and price! Breakfast and snacks served, for those who indulge happy hour with wine and champagne.
