So far I've recommended at least 20 to 30 people to try Churros Don Abel. The funny thing is that most of them are Hispanic that never tried Churros Don Abel. Huh!!!!??? You serious? If you haven't tried this place, trust me, give it a try and you won't regret it. I haven't had a single person that I refer to Churros Don Abel said they didn't like it. So yeah, it's that AMAZING!
My parents love these churros. They are especially favorites because they offer no sugar churros for people who are diabetic. A huge plus and very unique! Today is my first time visiting and the line was a little all over the place and when I asked a girl if she was in line she responded like she wanted to hang me with a churro. I see a lot going on here including transients that are hovering from 7-11. Besides this, I definitely recommend this truck. The guys working the truck are also very friendly and have great customer service!
These churros okay if you want a quick churro. We order a number 4. They where a little to crispy and grease for my taste. Nothing special like churros el bochito. They do offer free coffee which is very nice. The other issue I have is, the location. It over crowded and at times didn't feel very safe. Not worth a drive unless your near by.

Highlights : delicious, good pricing , fast, and serve fired bananas The first time I've been here to churros by Abel I was really confused cause I thought it was a store but the way that it's on a pick up was very cool. Every time I go to get churros there always chruchy in the out side and soft and chewy in the middle. Hands down best churros in California. The atmosphere is quite cause it's on a side if the road. And people there are nice . Will be coming back for desert
Truly delicious churros! The cajeta had the perfect consistency my family and I like. The line was long, but they were quick. The best part was the free cafe de olla that was so good to pair along with the churros. Till next time Don Abel!
Churros were delicious and fresh AF. They had complimentary café de olla for paying customers. The one thing I didn't notice until after I ordered and ate was them having plátanos fritos. They looked amazingly delicious. Definitely making a trip back and bringing the parents next time.
OMG, these were the best churros we've ever had! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, plus a drizzle of the caramel syrup - so delicious and finger licking good! Although there was a queue when we arrived, we didn't have to wait too long as the service was fairly quick. A superb end to our stay in Los Angeles!
My experience is with the truck that shows up on Washington Blvd and orr and day . At the pioneer high school parking lot, churros are excellent and the whole family loves them. If you see the truck stop by and get some, it's worth it!
I had been to too many churros places and Am never satisfied so when this place said “Fresh homemade churros”, they mean it! One of the best churros I ever had. Worth the wait people. Go get some P.s. they have drizzle toppings like lechera & Cajeta as well yum
