I ordered a cappuccino blast but got a vanilla shake instead, I knew it wasn't being made right because the person was new and inexperienced. First when it was handled he kept scooping vanilla in then out of the blender kept looking at the recipe paper over and over and still got it wrong. The drink was very very pale this time and tasted like a vanilla malt I'll tell you that thing was thick, definitely not a cappuccino blast. Then the straw he gave me was not the right size for the cup as you can see from the photos he as forgot to dust the top with cinnamon.  I wish they would give these employees Starbucks barista level training or even In-n-out level training making sure each employee has been able to successfully make menu items consistently.

Fast friendly service despite being very busy when I went in.

5 stars for the service but omg we just came to try the Tiger Milk Tea with boba and oh boy avoid at all costs. Whoever thought of it had a great idea and presentationminus the vanilla scoop making it look like chunks of cheese floating around your tea but awful awful execution. Also did not know the brown sugar boba was popping boba and it just felt like exploding gobs of caramel with each boba, very unpleasant. Get something else!!  Also big sad there's no bubblegum flavor ice cream. :

I love going to basking robin's around this time, is a peacefully nice and clean a good time to stop and enjoy one of my favorite desert highly recommend

I was looking for a treat and stopped here, I appreciate the service from the young girls there, I wanted a banana split but wasn't able to get one, but my Sunday made up for the sweet tooth I had, it was great, thank you Baskin Robbins

If you sign up for their email you get a free birthday scoop. But BEWARE do not come to this location if you would like to get your FREE BIRTHDAY SCOOP because you charge you fifty cents. I usually do not come to this location and I regret stopping by. Lady was really rude and seemed like she did not enjoy being their at all. Avoid this place and at all costs !!!

I love baskin robbins.. always go to the one in west covina next to the movies but came to this one because it is near my son school. Went in there with my son and my cousin to use our gift card we got 3 scoops of ice cream to be told that the machine is not taking gift cards. We stood there for about 10 minutes so she can keep sliding it and entering in the numbers and it did not work. There was no sign on the door they didn't warn us prior that the machine isn't taking their gift cards. You would think if that's a form of payment they would advise that it's not working. Just like if their machine wasn't taking credit cards I'm sure they would have assigned cash only. They should have given us our ice cream for free because that was their error for not informing us but instead they made us use a different form of payment that in turn caused me to overdraft. I don't know if this is a franchise but I am definitely going to speak to corporate about this

Regular hours close at 11pm, but due to covid website says they close at 10:30. I pulled up at 10pm and right away the two guys tell me that there closed. Maybe they had better things to do and just wanted to leave EARLIER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Their customer service is always awesome! I avoid the Baskin Robbins by my home because of their bad service. I'd rather drive an extra mile to spend my money at this location. Thank you for the service!

Love this place any Baskin Robbins.Service is always great. Every now and then I need to visit this place to make my taste buds dance.
