I went there once to transfer money from a savings account to a chequing account (since doing it online would cause a hold). I am with PC Financial, which according to the teller meant she could do nothing for me, despite my bank card saying "issued by CIBC". A rather unpleasant interaction with the teller overall, regardless of the limitation.

The tellers here have always been helpful with everything I've needed. The ATM sometimes has a line, plan accordingly.

Longer than average lines and waiting makes this branch virtually unusable. Sad, too, convenient location and nice staff
