Terrible branch now. the service is so awful my husband and I argue about who has to go there to do the banking! There is not enough tellers to service the long lines. instead of opening up another wicket, another employee asks the customers in line to go to the ATM for a demonstration on how to do their banking, but first asks "WHAT ARE YOU HERE TO DO TODAY".  As if I am going to tell the WHOLE WAITING LINE of people who can hear everything! THis goes against customer privacy. There has been a large staff turnover and we try to go there in person as this is our home branch and we would like to get to know the staff so they can put a face to a name. we have started using the other branches in town even though the Milton mall branch is the closest.
lastly the automated telephone service is another battle....it takes 10-15 minutes to get through. what has happened to the system, it sure isn't service oriented anymore. Furthermore I know I am not alone with these issues as other customers in line are getting so upset as well.

have been trying to get a hold of the branch manager for over a month!! never replies to voice mails, terrible service

worst service ever, tellers don't know how to do their job, would never be their customer,  been there few times to do some deposits every time problems because people who work there have little knowledge of their own policies.
