Bob chicolini loved the town of Nutley and its people

I just moved to town and was told this was the place to go. Well the service was really bad. I walk in and the two sale reps are sitting on a couch chit chatting. Then they had nothing I needed on the floor. They said I could order it online but who wants to do that? That's why I went into the store to begin with. The sales rep seemed very apathetic to my needs. So I went and spent my $6,000 at Ashley's Furniture. I wouldn't go to this place if I were you. Little professionalism and very little genuine personal service. The guy was nice but had no desire to sell my anything.

I am grateful to Michael in the store who worked very diligently to get my sofa repaired. He was a pleasure to deal with and their repair people are excellent. Wonderful customer service and stand behind their products.
