We have used Windheim Plumbing and Heating always from major work, a complete conversion from oil heat to gas, to pipe replacement, new basement toilet replacement and most recently today for a blocked bathroom sink that turned out to be a project from "hell"! Keith and Marco were professional, courteous, and did not give up until they, and I, were satisfied the job was done. Marco you "Da Man" and you too Keith. Thank you Tom and the boys. I have and will always recommend Windheim Plumbing and Heating.

Recently I woke up to a leaking hot water heater and It was clear the unit needed to be replaced. I called Windheim Plumbing and spoke with Tommy who was able to quote me a price over the phone and had a guy out to my house in less than 30 minutes. Tyler, the installer, couldn't have been more helpful. He was able to drain the old unit with zero mess, which wasn't an easy task being it was 14 years old and corroded. He was more than happy to answer my questions throughout the install process and took the time to show me how to operate the new unit once it was installed. What could have been a disaster turned into a minor inconvenience and I was back with hot water before lunch. Service like this will keep me returning to Windheim for any future plumbing and heating issues.

I've called Windheim/Econo Rooter over a dozen times between my older house and my business and have had very good to excellent service each time. I brought them into my business because of the good work they did at my house. Both Reuben and Rodney have done very good work here, (another guy too - don't know his name) explained what the problem was along with what the solution was and given me a price before doing any work. I recommend them highly.

Someone always answers the phone no matter what time or day it is... they explain each job in detail and triple check their work before leaving. They are reliable, friendly, clean and conscientious. I highly recommend Windheim Plumbing...we call them for major and minor repairs and are always satisfied!!

I ve used these guys several times. Professional and the job gets done right. They are also very reactive; coming out during late hours and on Sunday. I highly recommend them.
