I was extremely disappointed with this location.  My husband asked for cheese for his salad, to which the manager replied that cheese is not included in the price of the buffet.  Then,  I asked for a apple dessert pizza to which I received a reply that the apple is no longer available to order. Ok, I would have been ok with that response,  BUT me and my husband just ate at a Cici's 2 days ago.  That location had it.  I witnessed a lady that came in for a to-go order and they didn't even have it.  To which I over heard her say, "this is the third time this has happened!" I have never seen a manager; which I believe is the owner; completely oblivious to how he is basically running off his business. Poorly ran!

Super cheap ingredients. Low quality pizza. Have a troup of boyscout to feed affordably? Then CiCi's is your place...this might be it's most redeeming quality.

My kids and I love pizza, we enjoy coming to this location. If the pizza we want is not on the buffet stand, we ask one of their employees to make our desired flavor and they bring it right to our table!! I often place to go order over the phone and Ricky is always very helpful!

It's pretty good. Pizza is good. And they have salad and pasta and desert. Nothing to really make me give it 5 stars though.

Couldn't get a pizza to my table even though 3 people at my table are the same kind. Both bathrooms stink bad . Bf said the urinal is broken. All toilets were clogged in men's restroom. Sink was clogged also and overflowing onto the floor. Hardly any pizza on the buffett. Table wobbly as I have ever seen. The place was filthy.
