every time I've been, it's been great but these past two times are the opposite. The first time, I ordered a 3 strip combo and they were overcooked and did not taste ok. The second time I made a to-go order over the phone. It took the girl 4 times to get my name right. 3 times to get my phone number right. when I said something about ordering a 3 strip combo, she said we don't have that we only have 2 or 4. I know good and well that wasn't true as many of times as I had been to wing stop. I came up to the restaurant and low and behold 3 strip combo is on their menu. They need better staff training.

Ordered online, showed up around when it would be ready to wait another 15 minutes. Fry's were soggy even though I ordered them well done and wings were so salty they made me sick that night. Wing stop is usually amazing, this location proves there is always an exception to the rule.

Had to wait 40 mins for a 6 piece order when the restaurant was appropriately staffed and not crowded. Wings were cold and staff was incompetent. Would not recommend

Called in an order in the middle of the day on a Saturday 45 minutes before I wanted to pick it up and it wasn't ready on time. When placing the order it said it could be ready in 26 minutes but wasn't ready for over 50 minutes.

Terribly rude staff 30 miniute wait for 10 garlic parmesan wings manager even made a rude comment when we asked for our money back TWICE! Awful experience! I had to come back and edit the review there wasn't a bit of sauce on the wings we ordered we literally got fried chicken wings. I will be making a phone call
