This cici's is up the street from me, so I go all the time. Sometimes there not the pizza I want, but they'll make it, no big deal. Never had a problem there or with the staff. My last visit was 4/29 in the evening, and the lady cleaning was awesome. Very attentive and on top of stuff. She made my experience pretty good.

You get what you pay for. Don't close until 10 and was putting chairs up at 9:12. He eventually had to take chairs down at 930 to accommodate more people. Told a woman at 925 it was too late to make one of the brand new stuffed crust pizzas. As I was cleaning up and getting ready to leave he was asking me if I was done so he could clean our table. There were at least 20 people in there at 9:30. If there is one or two tables I understand getting ready to close, but if there are six different groups of people in your restaurant (some had just got there), you should be focused on being hospitable and accomadating rather than rushing people off. I will say he was really nice for the most part but rushing people out 30 minutes BEFORE close is a bad business practice.

There was no food ready when we came in. Wait I take that back there was cold pizza sitting under the"warmer". It took about 20 minutes for anything else to be put out. There was employees standing around. Tables were dirty. Chairs were on top of tables like they were getting ready for closing and it was 7:42pm. Drop ceiling missing in the dining area. Looks super dirty.Do not come here! Save yourself some money. Never coming back to a Cici's

My boyfriend, son,and I ate here on 4/29 later in the evening. It was horrible. They didn't keep up with having the buffet stocked. Left old pizza on the buffet to the point where it was so dry and nasty. Refused to make a specialty pizza because they let the buffet area get behind. There was no sweet tea. The lady who looked liked she could be the manager wasn't in uniform and she kept stopping to eat and message on her phone while she was cleaning.

Great, family friendly and caring. They really make you feel welcome and wanted. For them it goes "Beyond Pizza" they interact with you and make you feel like you are at home and are family. Really recommend visiting this Cici's. I will most definitely be back!
