Everytime I go to get a!bucket of white meat chicken, they never have any cooked. Always hear it will be 25 minutes or some ither time. 
At 530pm there should be chicken cooked and ready.  This is supper time for most people. 
I usually purchase an 8 piece all white meat bucket to eat during the week. 
But having to wait everytime for them to cook the chicken makes not want to go there anymore.
The management needs to look into the problems at this store. Someone is nit doing their job.

I ordered hot wings and large potato wedges at 6:37pm through the drive thru. They said it would be 10-15min wait so they asked to pull to the front to wait which i was fine with. It is now 7:10pm. I just got my order b/c i went inside to see what was taking so long. The girl said sorry about the wait its almost done. Im thinking its already 35 mins to wait for fast food. I got my food n guess what? There were 2 wings missing. Never again KFC...ridiculous!!!

They NEVER have chicken ready.  You Always have to wait.  Staff had dirty clothes

This was the worst experience ever!!! I don't eat KFC often at all and this why. Placed order through the drive through, was missing a potion of my order and was charged for it so I pulled back around through the drive through to explain to them I was missing something. They told to me it was in the "other box" in my bag. I took their word for it and pulled up since there was another customer behind me. Again, it was still missing. So I went inside the store to show them and tcome to find out another 2 items were also missing (biscuits). While they gave me the food that was initially missing, they told me and I quote "if you want your biscuits you will have to wait 7 minuets." This was frustrating as I had already been there 20 min and I didn't want my food to get cold so I left... The manager was there and saw everything but did not react. I will NEVER go there again! They were not busy by any means and still had poor customer service.
