Amazing restraunt, loving and friendly workers. I grew up going here, and the workers would remember us and the special pizzas we requested and would put them in the oven when they saw us walking into the restaurant. They have amazing pizza and dessert.

The food is decent but needs to be cooked a bit longer. The women's restroom was DISGUSTING. This bathroom has ALWAYS been gross and I don't know why I'm just now complaining about. If your restrooms are this gross, what does the cooking area in the back look like?! So far the only good thing about this location is the service.

Went here on 9/29/2017 8:45pm I am writing this review to let other customers know that it is now not a desired place to eat. This location was packed as we came in (not surprised, given it was a Friday night) the only table that wasn't dirty was the "large party table". After payment we went over to it, seeing that everywhere else had messes, and was quickly shooed away from it, because we didn't have more than 4 people. Their buss man was extremely excited about us trying to sit there. Apparently, policy is to not allow a customer a seat, but allow children to run around on a greasy floor that hadn't been swept and/or mopped. The employees working the pizza counter had run out of plates, twice, and pizza was getting dried out from being set out too long. Food safety would suggest that anything questionable be taken down. My husband, mother in law, son and I were not impressed with the food quality. The drinks have been watered down the pass several times we have visited, as if they are trying to save on food cost. When I expect a Mello Yello to taste like Mello Yello, I do not want to taste city water in my soda. The restrooms lacked the attention that they so desperately needed (toilet paper, a sweep/mop, clean mirrors, and the men's restroom door does not actually shuts). I am not sure what this change in management and policy has done to CiCi's, but I don't think eating here will be an option for quite some time. Hopefully, in time, their food quality and food safety are improved. On a more positive note, the girl that took our order was very kind and understanding. Plus, the manager and one other employee that I had interacted with tonight had been delightful as well.

Worst experience. The pizza was nasty and cold the restaurant had a bad sour smell and nothing was clean.
