Customer service is top notch. Employees have been very courteous, nice, smiling, helpful, and patient each time we have visited.( Usually during peak hours) Great assortment of selections, and everything we have tried has always been fresh, and delicious. Cream cheese is amazing, and we usually leave with at least 1 container, and a baker's dozen of bagels. Their coffee, in my opinion, is the absolute best in town and one of the top 3 I've ever had, and also several selections of different roast types. (There is a Seattle based company just across the way, for comparison)

Panera is one of my favorite places for lunch. The food is always fresh & I appreciate being able to get something filling & healthier than what fast food restaurant offer. If you have a sweet tooth their pastries hit the spot.

Not happy with Panera Bread today. I ordered pick two soup and salad. It took 30 minutes longer than promised for my food to arrive. I requested no tomatoes on my salad. There were tomatoes on my salad AND there was a big piece of plastic in my soup. I called the restaurant and was told it would be another 30 to 45 minutes to get replacements. Not acceptable. Someone should have brought me replacements immediately. So, I got a refund. Probably will not be ordering from Panera Bread anymore. I ordered from Panera Bread at least once a week. They lost a loyal customer today.

Food is consistent. Good comfort food and good service. The quality has lessoned over the last couple years unfortunately.

Average for the chain. New system to order from your table possible (did not try it). Nice people.
