Came to this location to try since I was in the area and wont go to any other now! They made me a deep dish when most others wont, price was good at 3.99 mon-wens and all their food ththe line was kept completely fresh not a single old item!!! 10 stars
I returned to this Cicis for the first time since before the pandemic. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant, and everything seemed well maintained. The staff were friendly and obliged when we asked for a specific pizza to be put on the buffet. Overall, the selection of pizzas on the buffet offered a nice variety, and fresh ones were put out multiple times while we dined. The salad bar was also well stocked with a nice array of fresh vegetables. I’ve enjoyed this location for years and look forward to continuing to do so.
Maybe its just me but when I walked in there was no pizzas made atm if u special order a pizza keep in mind its not just for you its shared with the other customers if u order make sure you do not miss your pizza they don't inform u when it made salad selection sucks no mushrooms or bacon I will attach the dry pizza
Their pizzas have gone way down hill. Pepperoni pizza have two pieces of pepperoni on each slice if you are lucky. Otherwise there is one piece. I ate here frequently before the virus. First time since the virus and I am sure it is the last. Will look for a place that knows how to make a real pizza.Food: 1/5
So, went to this location after maybe 10 years away. Paid a whopping $8.49 for a buffet that was very limited in scope. I got a salad that also had very limited choices. I asked for cheese shredded/ grated and they said NO. They no longer give out cheese. I asked for a manager who confirmed no cheese. Wow, talk about great customer service! So, limited choices in pizza and salad and they don’t care to take care of a customer and they have gone way up in price. I guess some people don’t mind diminished choices with increasing prices, not me. I put this in the same category as Little Caesars around the corner. Fool me once shame on you, there will not be a fool me twice. Too many other choices.
This location is probably my favorite CiCis location. The pizza so far has always came out hot and tasting good, and the place is usually pretty clean. The atmosphere is nice, mainly due to the windows and the area surrounding the location. Only thing I'd say is the cinnamon rolls don't taste quite right, but it's hard to put my finger on why. Maybe just not sweet enough? Anyway, overall this location is pretty great. Edit: Closed an hour earlier than they were supposed to on a Sunday night which was pretty disappointing for me and my family who wanted to go.
Our first time back to dine in after many years and the customer service has declined immensely. There was very little selection placed and the salad bar is not for short people. The person making the pizzas was slow and the lack of enthusiasm and willingness to please the customer made me loose my appetite. The whole experience made me loose my appetite and waste my money.
It would be nice if they would wipe down the tables, but they are good with getting the pizza going when it is slow, which is more important to me. The alfredo pizzas are the best, especially fresh. Miss the $2.99 buffet from the 90's, but definitly will be backFood: 4/5
This is the best Cicis. Not 1 store I've been in houston is as clean, have great team with friendly smiles. Order a special an bam, done in 5 minutes. Great for the children with game room an great selection of pizza pies. This been the only store I will go to for the buffet. You are the best, keep up the great work.Food: 5/5
Honestly, I haven't been to cici's since I was a kid. Going back after so many years, I was not disappointed! They keep the pizzas coming, always a fresh option available. Definitely easy for my lunch break, it was cheap and quick. The pizzas were great, wvery bit of nostalgia I expected. Dietary restrictions: Of course for a buffet it would be hard to accommodate varying dietary restrictions. No gluten or dairy free options beside salad.
