Said 10 minutes but it took 30 and they didn’t take my name so it took longer for them to figure out who I was. The guy goes “who took your order a girl with dreads? She put random names in all the time.” If negative or zero starts we’re a thing, this Little Cesar’s would be -5.  No leadership, no communication, no customer service, and zero cares given by anyone here. Taste like cardboard too and even tho it’s not the best pizza but even my dog should be able to stomach it. For $12 no point for a refund, just hope this place closes and opens with a subway so they can battle the Jimmy Johns in the same shopping center.

What’s the point of having a drive thru window if we gotta pull up and walk in. And there was no hot and ready pizzas ready when we pulled up. There was a huge line of people and when I went in I noticed there was only two people working tonight. There were older men in there complaining on the customer service. But how can you have good service if you’re too low of staff to keep up. 5 starts for the staff hustling through it all. But negative stars on you little Caesar’s for demanding too much on workers that you’re probably only paying minimum wage.

Went in to get pizza, when i got home i noticed the dough was still raw…. this has happened more than once so im not sure why i kept trying to give them a chance… someone is always on the phone with the speaker on, yelling all kinds of vulgar words for the whole store to hear.. also they were fighting in the parking lot outside the store with their uniforms on and everything… what kind if management or lack of one is this??

Absolutely horrible experience.  Ordered a big order online for delivery 3 hours before for an event and they send me a text 15 minutes before the delivery time that the order is CANCELLED with no reason at all.  I had to scramble to get pizza elsewhere.  This is the second time Little Caesars just flat out didn't go through with our orders.  Tried calling customer support but no answer for 30 minutes and the store directly but no answer for 30 minutes.  I need to get a refund ASAP since I paid already.  Do NOT order from here, just pay a little more for actual service.

The worst Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been too. Gave it several tries. Ordered online twice and waited over half an hour each time after the time it was supposed to be ready. The third time ordered online, got there with the confirmation email and they never got the order, they said. I wish they had a negative star review. Mediocre pizza at best but this location is the worst service I have ever had, period. I’d rather eat frozen Walmart pizza than ever go to this location again.

This is the worst little caesars I've ever been to. The employees just slop the food together and will serve you whatever they want no matter what you order. They seem to hire anyone there and I've gone a few times over the last year and never see the same people. This last visit I was sick the whole next day after eating here, tried to call the store about it and waited on hold for 20 minutes and no one would pick up. No way this place was that busy they just don't care or don't want to deal with the complaints. I will never be returning here.

lousy service I just got home and since they gave me something else that I didn't order the pizza looked like it had been going on for like 5 hours, I'm disappointed that such a big pizza chain does those things

Place has really good workers. Lousy management. The guy with the missing teeth decided to turn off the stoves 2 hours before actual closing time and was trying to sell old stale pizzas. Good management skills to lose customers.

Excellent service, despite being very understaffed when we were there, around 9 p.m., we were greeted and our order was taken promptly. There was a short wait while they baked our order10 minutes or so but I felt well taken care of and welcome.Food: 4/5

Man i thought the little ceasars by our house was bad, i thought being in the woodlands it would be a little better. Nope. Probably worse! Asked for two cheese pizzas and some crazy bread. While waiting, we watched the employees walking around with their butts out, pants hanging as low as possible, even witnessed one slide his hand down his crack to pull them halfway back up and went straight to kneading dough. They were also walking around talking on their phones, refilling they're drinks at the Jimmy John's. On top of all that, they gave me wrong order... smh. Needless to say, we will no longer be taking our business to this location. Employees have no self respect, much less for their employer or customers. Good luck going to this place. By the way our pizza had a hole in it... i only gave them one star bc i had to to write this review, otherwise it would've been no star
