I'm new to cigars and I went this store  based on the reviews and hoping that I would find a few of the cigars that I had smoked before and researched.  When I asked a question it was answered gruffly and I was dismissed. There was no asistance and so just continued to look around, I guess I was taking too long, so he came in pointed me to the single cigars that I was looking at handed me one and rushed me out of the store. I was very disappointed because I had alot of questions and he acted like he couldn't be bothered especially after I willingly spent my money there. They did have a very nice selection I just wished that I felt welcomed.

When was guy coming from the cleaners looking for a new place to play lottery, I met Mr. Joe outside,,,,well an hour later and my first cigar I was hooked,,,,I've been to other cigar shops in C-Bus(four others) and I always come backto his spot,,,the selection is good, the conversation is good and he's alway's helpful and like him he's a small business just trying to make it with my support.

Excellent service and selection. I have been to only one other cigar store that also had a great selection IIke this one. This one also had prize raffle giveaways and options for winning humidors, cigars, wines and champaign gifts. I think this may have been a Christmas or new years raffle for 2016. The store keepers were very nice and the place had a great humidor room that was as large as the coveted "beer caves" that some other stores have.

This is my favorite cigar spot in Columbus.  Mr. Joe, the owner keeps a great selection on hand.  I enjoy sitting and smoking one every now and then with him on the sidewalk patio.

Probably one of the best cigar shops in the city  of Columbus.  The staff are extremely knowledgeable about the different cigars, their origins, and how they compare to one another.  This location has many regulars, often hanging out in front of the store, puffing on cigars while seated at tables with chairs provided by the store.  Definitely recommend this place if you're looking to try something new.
