Memories have been made there through the years. I went to Gahanna almost 4 years back now. Lots of space there and a good place to go to study/hangout with friends. Best Panera I have ever gone to.

From about 1 month ago. Friendly staff but store was poorly managed. Plenty of staff but only one person running the register on a Sunday morning. Lots of customers so a long line. Person at register working their tail off, other staff aimlessly walking around the store, unsure what they are doing. Person at cash register packaged our order incorrectly, only giving us 8 of 13 bagels. Food was still great but what a shame the store/staff isn't managed better. Going back today so hopefully the last visit was just a "bad day at the office."

I have been getting the same order for almost 10 years at different Panera locations. At this location the pricing evidently is different. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier someone who appeared to be a manager stepped in and told me that I can talk to her boss and I need to read the sign. This location appears to be "nickel and diming" customers and this individual only escalated the situation.

This location is usually a great experience. Plenty of staff working, so wait times are short, but they often run out of many items later in the day. Staff is very kind though, and their dining room is very spacious. Online ordering shortens wait time for carryout, but also a great place to sit and get work done. Wi-Fi is free, but access time is limited during peak lunch hours.
