Nothing but issues with them.  If this is the option your company gives u for prescriptions then choose another plan.  Very inconvenient... and when you have to speak with someone, they are useless.

The most uncaring people I have dealt with.  I am a young senior what about the older ones.  Medicare part D is a good thing but needs to understand the needs of the elderly.

Hate this service!!!  The length of time it takes to mail in my new rx and receive it in the mail is ridiculous!  I never know when it's going to come.  I send it in about a month before I need it and I end up stressing out about whether it's going to arrive in time.  Their automated call-in service is super annoying and frustrating, and finding what I want online is even more inconvenient.

Target was sooooo much easier!!  I'm always there, it only takes 15-20 minutes instead of over 3 weeks, and I don't have the added stress!  This stupid system only helps CIGNA.  It does NOT have the consumers in mind at all.

Hate it!!!

Terrible job. Get stuck doing the same thing over and over, all day, every day until you can reach their ridiculous production goals. Was hoping to get a away from a job where your production was constantly measured by a computer but that wasn't here. Liked the people there but the job sucks.
