A very convenient movie that is undergoing a renovation for many of its theaters. Extremely friendly staff both at the concession stand and at the entrance. Comfortable seats with assigned seating. Although these aren’t recliners, they still do the trick and help keep you awake during a boring flick. The Cheetos popcorn that they serve is fantastic and somewhat better (maybe because it’s next to two containers of warm butter and plain popcorn) than Regal’s version.

I had a decent experience at this theatre. Seats were comfortable but they are in need of repair or replacement. The theatre is conveniently located and is very close to A, C, E train stops at 23rd St. The restrooms inside are reasonably clean and well maintained. In addition, if you are looking for a quick bite after the movie, you have quite a few food options outside the theatre. Overall, a good place to watch a movie.

Big, comfy seats (not recliners) with lots of leg room. Love that you have some personal space to move around in your seat. They also offer Caramel and Cheetos popcorn! You can add your own butter as well. Overall it’s a nice, well kept theatre.

Theater seems well maintained. The auditorium (#6) that I went to was clean. Restroom, which was close by, was clean as well. Full disclosure, I was there during the late morning so take that into account. The reserved seating has comfortable with a full back but does not recline like a Lay-Z-Boy chair. There doesn't seem to a slope to the seating a la stadium seating so I sat closer to the rear since I don't like to strain my neck by staring upwards for over 2 hours.

I've been going to this theater since it opened. It has gone through different owners throughout the years but, it has always been a great place. It is very convenient to get to.
