This is the best place I've ever seen a movie. The sound was perfect ironically, we saw A Quiet Place, Day 1. Sooo comfortable, nice aesthetics and it is great to just go to your seat and order from there. You do not order at counter. No disposable popcorn bowls or drink cups, made it super classy. Staff was great, very polite and professionallydressed. Restrooms were pretty clean, especially for a busy Saturday. I worked at a theater in the 80s and it's hard to keep up on the busy weekends! Great mall to come do a little shopping, hang out and catch a great movie! All theaters should be like this now. Definitely would recommend and visit here again!

Theater is nicely air conditioned. The servers were on point. Seats are fantastic. Middle arm rotates up so ypu can cozy up to your date easier. Enough space between strangers. Whole experience was fantastic.
The leather seats, while comfy and reclining, were sticky. I had to wipe them down with paper towels from the bathroom and hand sanitizer. The lobby and mens restroom also felt like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and the carpeted area smelled weird. The audio from the movie was unbalanced with very piercing highs. A bottle of water was $9. I did not order food as the prices were too high and the quality of the food did not look worth it. This experience kind of cemented the notion that "going to the movies" isn't worth it in post-streaming/post-covid world.
If you live a long righteous life and go to heaven, this is the movie theater you’d experience. Amazing service, beautiful amenities, and the best movie theater experience I’ve ever had.
I like this theater. Seats are comfortable. The layout of the theater is nice. Not crowded, but open and airy. The location is nice also. There are plenty of shops and restaurants.
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, not sure how Martinez got put into a management position. We purchased Deadpool tickets in the Cinepolis app over a month in advance to make sure we got good seats for when the movie came out. We arrive and this is how our seats look see photo , torn up and not able to recline! We spoke to a waitor inside and they said that's weird because they are marked as broken. Then why would we not get refunded before hand? We drove all the way from Escondido for nothing, movie was pretty much sold out unless we sit in front row, no thanks. Then we ask to speak to the manager, Martinez. We asked to be refunded and comped for 2 free tickets for a future movie, he refused and only gave us a refund and was just trying to get us out of there as soon as possible, probably because he saw how heated we were. No customer service or problem solving skills whatsoever. He even told us we can still stay and sit in the broken seats! What? You will allow customers to sit in broken seats? He just said ok your all set! No apologies or nothing, extremely bad management. Not to mention the womens bathroom had ALL paper towel machines not working. This place is going downhill, we will not come back unless there is a change of management. For now you have lost a good member customer.
We were turned on to this theater by friend of ours... OH MY FREAKING GOODNESS... The theaters are gorgeous! The ticket prices are actually only a couple dollars more than a standard theater! And surprisingly enough their food is actually good! And, they have vegetarian and vegan options! My husband was a little disappointed that he didn't realize that he had to ring the wait staff bell, in his recliner that folds out to a damn near bed, in order to get a refill. Because the ushers do not Lord over the theaters, they are simply there to help you if you need it! And did I mention that on Tuesdays they offer $6 tickets?! Go now!
We love this movie theater! We usually go to the one in Del Mar because it’s closer, but have been to Carlsbad as well. The food is amazing, the seats are great, and service is very good. The only thing I’d suggest, it’s that with special needs children sometimes they want their popcorn/ drinks/ treats/ food right away, and maybe we can order food on the counter. Last time our son had a hard time waiting for his popcorn but don’t worry we will be back :
New favorite theater!!! The seat is super comfortable with nice incline features. You can order cocktails and foods while you are watching movies. The cocktails are delicious and reasonable prices. The seats are apart in good distance. Bathroom is very clean. I’ll definitely come back here for future movies. I watched Shang-Chi this time, I loved it very much.
