I am very frustrated with the police. Never has any police force solved a crime committed against me. Recently I have been robbed at gunpoint, had my home broken into, and been intentionally run into by a car here in District 3. The police have been unable and or unwilling to solve these crimes and or provide a resolution. Elsewhere previously I've had my cellphone stolen, my nativity scene run over by car intentionally, bullets come through my windows, my house vandalized by my next door neighbor in a permanent and vulgar way, separately this neighbor beat to death my favorite Koi and $3,000 worth of other fish, my nice calculator was stolen, my wallet was stolen. Never has any police force solved a crime committed against me. For what it's worth perhaps 15% of the time I've been stopped for a traffic violation I've been let go. Still, when I was learning to ride a motorcycle I fell off of it while on a freeway exit ramp while traveling at 30 MPH, a reasonable speed. My bike slid a ways and when it hit the grass flipped, twisted the frame and destroyed the engine, admittedly it was Chinese and poorly manufactured. No one else was hurt, no other property was damaged. Fortunately I was wearing protective attire and was fine. Rather than aid me the police ticked and me fined me for falling off while learning how to ride on my temps. This resulted in me being fired my job which was completely unrelated to riding motorcycles. In my interactions with District 3 I feel they are honest, that they want to solve crimes, that they care about the citizens. I see police out and about at events enjoying them with their family. I must note that this is a difficult area of the city. What am I to do with my frustrations with police? Vote against their next ballot issue? That's no solution.

Had a vandalism on my car and they were very helpful in catching the culprit

This place is a joke called to report unruly teenagers that came to my house that i own to fight my daughters after the fact they just did and got beat up by my daughter they said "what you want us do to about it " isn't your job to protect and serve? Y'all so quick to press charges when someone beats someone up but won't do nothing to the people that cause the drama until someone is hurt dying or dead
