I have been with state farm since I was 16 years old, have been with Cindy since 1989. She always takes the time make sure you understand your policy before any changes are made. Over the years I have recommended many of my friends, you wont go wrong. Claims I have reported have been dealt with promptly and fairly.

Cindy and her staff have always done a great job of servicing my family of four drivers as well as my home policy.  Our claims were always handled perfectly and I would strongly recomend her based on my 15 years of experience with Cindy's State Farm office.

Cindy really cares about her clients. I called her for advice because my car had been damaged by the auto shop while undergoing repairs for wires that had been chewed by a chipmunk.  I just didn't know who could advise me about dealing with the auto repair place, so in desperation I called Cindy.

Cindy listened to my story and said, "Wait, back up a minute.  Your car had rodent damage?  You are covered for that!"  She not only advised me about dealing with the repair service, she also filed a claim for the repair.  I received a check from State Farm, and a free engine replacement from the repair shop.  Thank you, Cindy and State Farm!

I have used State Farm for years! I highly recommend Cindy Fletcher and her staff. Cindy is caring and very compassionate. I've lived in three different states all with different State Farm agents. Cindy is by far the best agent I've ever had!

Cindy has been a great agent for me and my policies with State Farm. When ever I call with a question or issue she and her staff are very responsive. Her office is also a couple blocks down the street from the Secretary of State which made getting some documents I needed last minute very easy (though they offered to fax them as well).
