When it has to do with a claim they Don't care about the customer service I felt rushed and not cared for they have No patience to explain what's going on. I felt extremely disrespect and now I'm just disappointed!

Gary and his team at Loyalty insurance have been AMAZING for the past 3 years! We had always used large, nationally recognized insurance companies but were new to the area and decided to try Dave Ramsey's ELP service. I'm so grateful we got connected to Loyalty! Initially, we saved just over $200 MONTHLY on our policy (2 cars and renters insurance). Gary educated us on our options, then made recommendations that fit our family, which left us saving money and feeling protected with our coverage. We even had a first auto accident and claim that resulted in the total loss of our vehicle and I can't imagine the process going too much smoother. I continue to recommended Gary and his team to friends and family! Thanks for the great service=)

We went through this company for our car insurance when we first moved to the area. The first few weeks communicating back and forth with our agent were smooth. Then, we had some issues with our banking. It took days for our agent to respond. We would leave emails, voicemails, etc. with no response. Anytime we had an issue after that, it would take multiple times calling or emailing over days ( sometimes weeks) to get anything back. Recently, we bought a home and decided to bundle our car insurance with our home insurance policy. We went through another company specifically because of the bad service we received through this company. We then contacted our agent to say we were cancelling. He ignored a voicemail and when we called the next week, he said there were documents to sign and he'd send them over. That was about 3 weeks ago. I have since emailed him twice for the documents. I asked him to respond so I knew he got the email. No response. The company then sent the cancellation documents to my husband instead of me today- 3 DAYS before the date we wanted to stop our policy. If I had not contacted our agent again, I doubt our policy would have been cancelled and we would have needed to pay another month with them AND through our new insurance company. Very disappointed with how this working relationship turned out. Communication is key!

I love talking to all of the staff at Loyalty Insurance, they are all very nice and super helpful. Whenever I need a quote or policy change, I call or email and they always take care of it the same day without any hassle! And who needs to be hassled when buying insurance right? My wife and I have four teenage drivers in our household and Loyalty has worked very hard to find auto coverage that doesn't break the bank. Thank you Loyalty for all of the years of great service!
