First and last time coming here! As I sat for my pedicure thinking I was about to relax and unwind.. the lady rushed through the job.. I had literally finished before the other ladies that were here before me. When I mentioned it to the nail tech she just said "uh huh" and asked for my debit card. NEVER AGAIN!!

First of all I got to Cindy’s at 5:45 waited at least 10 minutes to be greeted and was only asked about the services I wanted to receive got my nails and brows done and left 30 mins later my nail is bending back remind you I just got a fill-in I go back to get it fixed and 7:30 which is 30 mins earlier than the time they close at 8:00pm and she tells me ohhh it’s late come back tomorrow waves her hand up and walk away so I sat down while staying I shouldn’t be back here and I’m gonna get it fixed today she ended up gluing it down her self vs having a tech fix the nAil smh it was so unprofessional as the business owner to give such terrible customer service especially since I had to come right back after spending my money in the shop. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! And before I  the first time a couple of young girls were complaining and had to get a older sister to come in the shop to get some respect for them as she blew them off as well about broken nail they only had for a week!!

Cut my foot and refused to pay for my doctors visit to make I didn’t need a tetanus shot and that it wasn’t infected. The visit was only $25!!!! And she refused to reimburse!!  Now going to court!

The owner is money hungry. She always ask you are you tipping?! Especially if you're using your debit/credit card. That's very unprofessional. Now she has the workers asking! I don't like that

I've been here on 3 occasions and all 3 times somebody went before me. This last time Cindy literally put 3 people ahead of me. When I mentioned something about the first person, she's just like 'yes long time'. I politely put the polish back and walked out and I won't be back.
