I was greeted very nicely by Kimberly (the receptionist), the location was easy for me to get to, the waiting area and the restroom was extremely clean, Karen who gave me the message gave me a very nice and warm welcome and I felt as though she asked all the right questions and gave me what I came for. I was extremely satisfied with the service from beginning to end. I plan to come back and I would definitely would recommend the service to my friends, family, and co-workers.

The receptionist was completely empathetic and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The masseuse, Angelo, was really amazing. He listened carefully to my needs and his touch was perfectly relaxing. I have had many massages, however, I have never had one because my primary car doctor specifically recommended it. As a result, because of the fact that Angelo really listened and was genuinely interested in helping me, this massage was not only relaxing, but also healing. I would (and already have) highly recommended this spa to others.

Was it just me or is it standard practice for Elements at this location to ask for a CC to secure the appt in advance? It was only 2 days out and I was certain I'd keep the appt because I have neck issues that need a deep tissue massage.

Felt SO relaxed and 2 inches taller after my first appointment! I will for sure be back!
