Very impressed with the customer service of this establishment. My wife and I went to an early showing of insidious tonight and were disturbed by a group of teenagers yelling, talking over the movie and throwing popcorn throughout the first half of the movie. When I went to adress the manager Sam Higgins, she immediately apologized and had her staff roam the aisles throughout the rest of the movie allowing us to enjoy the remainder or the show. Once the movie was over she gave us two free guest passes for our next movie and continued to apologize profusely for the situation. I was impressed with how the matter was handled and thought she deserved recognition for her customer service. We will continue to come back. We commend Ms. Higgins on a job well done. Good customer service is rare these days, thank you for taking pride in your job!

The new "comfortable" seats certainly made my chiropractor happy, since after spending 2 hours in one I had to visit him twice for adjustments. The popcorn was good and increased Imodium's profits the next day. Also, I enjoyed the free showing of The Invasion of the Body Snatchers when I went to the concession stand and found everybody replaced by plants. Or maybe it was "the Lost" and they were transported to a parallel universe. I'm not sure. Anyway, the snatchers didn't do a good job because they were back manning the concession stand as I was leaving, so I bought a popcorn and sat eating it in my car while huddling over the heating ducts trying to thaw out. I guess those plants need it really cold in there, 65 degrees. All in all, a very "interesting" experience.

Pro: The movie theater is big, and so is their parking. The prices are decent, they have early viewing specials, and their Tuesday super saver (which includes 3D movies). The food selection is the usual, with a Starbucks thrown in their for coffee lovers. The theater is clean, both the lobby and the screening auditorium were clean. Con: I wish the owners or conglomerate would invest some more money and make an IMAX section. Serving alcohol would be a nice touch too.

The new reclining seats are great. And they pop the popcorn fresh. Customer service is outstanding

I never had a problem here and it's pretty clean as well. My kids are always comfortable in their recliner seats which works for me. Leaving the theater is convenient since rt 35 is rich with restaurant's and diner's. In the summer we'll swing over to keansburg amusement park and from there we'll go to the theater.
