We took our mom to the movies for her birthday and had a small problem with our gift card. The manager and concession food staff had a great attitude they never stop smiling and they helped us with our problem and we are very grateful for that. so hats off to the staff from the front counter to the concession stand and managers.

Not very busy on a late Sunday afternoon. I suggest using the ticket kiosk right when you enter. They are quick and easy to use. The concession counter always has long and slow lines. Employees were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms by theater 7 was semi clean. My only complaint is the 20 minutes of previews before the main feature. So if you're still stuck at the concession counter getting popcorn don't worry you still have an extra 20 minutes before you need to be in your seats.

We like coming for the matinees. They are cheaper for that time. I believe on Tuesdays the shows are discounted I think $5.75 something like that. If you download their app when you purchase tickets they'll scan that barcode for you on your app and you earn points. When you purchase from the concession stand show them your phone with barcode and they will scan that for points also.

Twice now I’ve had major issues with this theater. The first time I signed up for XD with a specific seat a week in advance. I arrived at the theater and went to find my seat and there was someone already there. We compared tickets and they were identical. When I brought it to management all they said was “that happens”. They gave me a free movie pass and that was it. Today I showed up for another movie. Bought t a week in advance in the XD theater with preferred seatingThey said my theater changed cuz the theater I was in they rented to a church group. So they transferred me to a non XD theater. I went into the theater and every row was taken but the front row. When I told management they said they should have removed that showtime online but they didn’t. They gave me a free movie pass and that was the end. Useless. I just won’t go back to this theater again. Don’t waste your time. You might show up and not have a seat.

Screens are generally OK (a couple of screens have minor warping damage ...not terrible but noteworthy).  I do enjoy the pricey XD screen. Going to a Rave (Cinemark) Cinema in the Toledo/Perrysburg area is like buying gas or food on the turnpike (i.e. you have to be prepared to pay the price and expect less because you have no other choice). Rave recently started to require reservations to their XD theatre which is completely unnecessary and very annoying. The seats in the XD offer no innovation (just the same standard seats) and now you must sit next to someone you would otherwise choose not to sit next to if you were given a choice. Their rewards program is of negligible value (sometimes only $1, but generally $2 off a $10-$12 combo, and they don't always offer a popcorn option). They leave the doors open during the movie which causes ambient light to contaminate the lower corner of the screen (very noticeable in dark scenes). I have closed the doors but have seen a manager open them again. When I visit other theatres out of town I find better prices in both tickets and more attractive innovations (recliners, comfortable spacing etc.), better rewards programs and better quality all the way around. If there was competition in the Toledo area they would work harder to make this a better experience and value for customers. The Toledo/Perrysburg area is in serious need of competition when it comes to Rave (Cinemark) Cinema.
