I have great memories of this theater and enjoy going for that reason, but it is a little dated and behind now that most other theaters in Louisville offer reclining seats. Still, it is nice and well kept and fairly clean. The lobby is very spacious and open which I like a lot. Staff is very friendly, restrooms are clean.

They are clean-ish there is pretty much always popcorn and stuff on the floors, even right after they clean. And they have rips in tons of the seats. Wish the isles were a little bigger. They have good food, like pizza and nachos. Good drinks. Their service for the popcorn and drinks is pretty fast. We go here a lot. Just normally seats. Not recliners. Not much leg room.

The theaters on Preston have been up and down over the years. I'd say they are currently up. They keep the place looking good and staffed pretty well. I would like to see recliners put in like Xscape has.

Always nice and clean.  seats are comfy and the staff will go above and beyond.  We lost our car keys in the theater and they were so helpful, even the manager was on her hands and knees searching!

Went to see a movie using my MoviePass. Had no problem purchasing the ticket. Theater was clean and had places midway up for wheelchairs and people with them.
