Pretty great experience... But I did have to wait about 20 minutes in line to get my ticket. They did not have ticket only lines available, and I was behind people that were waiting for their food and snacks. This would not have been much of a problem if it wasn't packed but I went the day after Christmas (on a $5 Tuesday) and they should have had the foresight to open some ticket only lines.... But besides that the place was very clean, the employees were very friendly, and the seats were comfortable. I call that a win :)

Pleasant little theater with a couple of different types of auditoriums. Some have roomy recliners, others have small non-reclining seats. In both kinds of rooms, the rows are widely spaced and the first row is well away from the screen. I saw The Last Jedi from row C and it wasn't too close. I don't know if you can tell beforehand what kind of auditorium you will get. Bathrooms were adequate and still clean three hours after opening. Staff was efficient and cheerful. The fountain isn't oddly placed, as another reviewer claimed. It's appropriately located behind the box office, out of the way but big enough to provide a little extra seating, avoid the visual monotony of the average lobby, and make a bit of white noise. Signage could be better - for example, I couldn't find any indication of which auditorium was which, and my entire row had to scoot down because the seat markers were unclear. There's a monitor behind the ticket taker that is cleverly laid out, but doesn't have enough room for all the shows. The ticketing experience was weird. There was no one in the box office, so -- absent any signage -- we correctly assumed we needed to buy tickets at the snack bar. There should have been some ropes to manage the queue, but there was just chaos. Most folks thought there was one line, until some jerks showed up and made their own line, leaving everyone else stuck behind a large, indecisive, slow-moving group. There was no listing of shows; you just needed to know what you wanted. Seat selection was straightforward. The inside of the theater was very clean. Picture and sound were good. The last couple of shows I attended at the Monaco were painfully loud, so I was glad they got the sound just right. I will definitely try this place again.

We visited tonight for our fourth and final time. I won’t return! The last two times we have had squeaky seats. For the second time, we purchased popcorn and LARGE drinks because we were told we get free refills. On the way out we tried to get refills and guess what? They rudely told us the drink machines had already been shut down. The parking lot was still almost half full so shows were still going on. What about those people that bought large drinks and popcorn expecting refills? Next time I will pay a higher price at a different theater for comfortable seats and quality customer service. I am done with this place!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Facilities fairly new and very clean. Chairs are roomy with comfortable armrests; however, they are not Lazy Boy type leg rest chairs, like some other local movie theaters. The backs move back a few inches, but feet stay on the floor. Great sound system.

When we got there to watch star wars the last jedi, it was at 8 that night. The movie didn't start until 8:30. We got us a drink and when we handed our tickets they gently man told us it will be 5 because of cleaning. Which we're find with at that moment but 15 minutes later when we tried again another gentleman told us it still another 5 minutes for cleaning. The cleaning crew didn't come out until 8:35 and the movie didn't start until 8:45. Also for this to be a new theater, it already looks worn out and dirty. We saw the movie on the biggest screen but the sits were so uncomfortable. And don't try to buy the tickets online. My husband and I won't go back.
