Fantastic. As far as luxury cinemas go, this chain is my favorite. The location is just fine too. Even new releases tend to have availability. Drinks are well-made, fresh ingredients. The menu is compelling and the food comes out great. Just a tip, things like charcuterie are hard to see in the dark, and can actually be a little off-putting to some eaters. Not kidding. Their peach drink and margarita are faves. The popcorn is damn good.

Great luxury experience. Slightly more for Tix but extensive menu. Keep in mind this is a movie theater and the food is great but it is not fine dining. The seats and service are excellent. We we're watching a three hour movie and had food to begin with and then they automatically brought us what we wanted for dessert about an hour and a half into the movie. Awesome!

Went to go see jumanji the other day and it did not go well at all. The first thing we come across is an upset customer requesting a manager because they were not delivering food/coming to take orders. This argument continued for 15 minutes and seemed just. She was not even arguing for herself but a theatre full of customers not getting any service. Did I mention that this whole time we were waiting outside of our theatre 10 minutes past the Showtime because the theatre was not ready, mind you this is a theatre's worth of people standing and filling the lobby. Lastly, we saw one cleaner knock over her trash can and break a large amount of dishes and glasses in the hallway(yeah that's not loud at all). Then another cleaner almost did the same exact thing coming from a different theatre five minutes later(all while we are still waiting to just enter our theatre). The actual movie experience was pleasant, other than the lack of seat side service and the overly expensive food. The theatre seemed almost mismanaged and understaffed. Would highly recommend finding a local AMC with reclining chairs instead. Saves you half the money and will definitely give you a 100% better experience.

This movie going experience is best left to once a year for what its priced at in these Cinemas. The movie theater is very elegant and you can order food to be served right to you in the movie theater seats. While the experience is very nice, my original complaint is warranted, the time and what i bought there should not equivalent to 70$ just for two people.

On Monday, October 9 2017 Star Wars tickets were released and I quickly attempted to order 2 adult tickets for the Rancho Santa Margarita, CA location of Cinepolis. The website allowed me to select the date, time, and number of adults before saying "An unexpected error occured and we could not save your ticket selection. Please try again or contact customer service for assistance.” Frustrated, I tried several browsers on different platforms then used "Contact Us" to send a request for help. Upon submission, I got a message saying "Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.” and "Success! Thanks for filling out our form!" Four days later, I still had not received a response. I called the theater and spoke with a representative (first initial "R”). I explained the website was giving me trouble and that I wanted to purchase tickets for the 9:30am Star Wars on Friday, December 15. He said I could buy tickets at the concierge desk (even when the website was having problems) and on my Friday lunch break, I drove 9 miles to the theater and met the concierge (first initial “M”). She was polite and friendly. I asked for 2 tickets to the specific show and she said, someone bought out the entire theater. She noted, the system did not say 100% full, just that no seats were available. Stunned, I asked for the corporate office phone number. She gave me a 323 area code number which was disconnected when I dialed it on my cell phone in front of her. She apologized and volunteered to call the GM (General Manager) for a different number. Twelve minutes later, she gave me an email address to the brand new HR person and said she is expecting your email. She explained the same person works between two locations and she’s currently at the other location. I asked for the phone number to the other location and was given the main number. I called and at the very end of all prompts, I pressed 9 to reach a person. Instead I got a voicemail. While I was waiting twelve minutes for new contact information, I searched all of the showtimes on Friday December 15 and Saturday December 16 at this theater AND another Cinepolis theater which is 10 miles away. Both theaters had almost no availability (only the first row in some showings). I quickly realized that all of the showings I could attend had sold out while I was waiting for Cinepolis Customer Service to respond. After this experience, it is very unlikely I will ever use Cinepolis again.
