Hit and Miss (lately mostly Miss). The concept is great, but service is inconsistent and food quality could be better if you're trying to sell a luxury experience.
1) Greet your guests warmly and personably - Don't just point to the door for the theater location.
2) Take orders promptly and accurately! - If I ask for 2 limes in my drink that's what I want, not some tiny sliver of lemon.
3) Complete food and beverage service before the house lights go down - I'd like to see what I'm eating.
4) When I tell you I'd like to close out my tab at the time of ordering, this is the time to bring me the check so I can complete payment before the movie starts.
5) If I choose to keep the tab open, bring me the check when the movie ends and just before the house lights come up. - It's very distracting to have the servers walking in front of you, and the guests next to you turning on flashlights to see the check; which always seems to happen during a climactic part of the movie.
6) Over the past year I've noticed a decline in the quality and portion size of food for the price. - There is no excuse for 2 sandwiches, 1 order of fries, and 2 soft drinks to cost over $50.

Watching a movie at Cinepolis is pure luxury. The seats are comfy and recline. The food is great and the drinks are good. There is plenty of seating at the bar to enjoy drinks before the movie. It also has two outside patios. TIP: if you have a party of three pick the seats on the edge of the isle and bring a small blanket.

Excellent theatre I really love it. The seats are so comfy and I love being able to sit in my chair and order food and drinks. All the food is yummy. The prices are a little high but you get what you pay for

This is only way for watch a movie if you go to the theater. Reserved seats that recline. Food if you want. Nice screens and projection systems.

Great facilities and well worth the more expensive ticket. Unfortunately, in-seat service is sub par more often than not (slow, forgetful, occasionally rude staff). Just grab some popcorn on the way in and save yourself the headache.
