I love Cinnabon that melty goodness that reminds you of a morning at home snowed in and cozy, HOWEVER they don't start selling produce until noon, mall opens at 11. Time-frames don't add up! I was bummed!

I went to the counter and looked up at the menu and saw for $19 dollars and change I could get a four pack. I ordered a four pack and the young lady told me she could not sell me a four pack. However for $6.00 each and some change I could order four individual cinnamons. I am looking at a whole tray of the buns in front of me. The young lady tried to explain as to why she could not sell me a four pack. I left dazed and confused. And without my cinnamons. I work in retail. I have always tried to make sales. I would think that perishable items would be even more important to sell. What is this worl

Made an order at 1130 am for a 530 pm pick up for Christmas for my work crew, thought that was enough time it wasn't until I waited in line at 545pm  for 20 min just to be told my order was refunded at 530 pm for them not having the product!!!! First time and last time I order from here now I gotta go to work empty handed for Christmas!!!

Great if you don't want Cinnabons. 5pm on a Saturday night and they have no classic Buns. They refused to make anymore for the night.

The cinnamon rolls are delicious. I gave them 4 stars because they were out of ice.

Great food, fresh buns and great coffee  but the service was aweful. The customer is never right at this establishment. They handled the situation poorly and treated us with no respect. Don't remember the names but hopefully management goes over what good customer service is.

They were out of their regular size rolls it waa a Saturday afternoon their prices were way too high for mini rolls 5$? People behind the counter didnt look very happy especially the taller white lady making rolls. Staff looked extremely lazy thats probably why there were no bigger rolls at all they said 20 minute wait? Younger guy at register was at least friendly but all the other staff had frowns on their faces looked really not happy.. Not an overall good experience

Need to be more prepared for a holiday rush. Needed a 6 pack of rolls and they were out. So they offered to sell me 6 individual rolls at individual prices instead of the 6 pack price. It doesn't or didn't make any sense. They wanted me to pay over 32.00 for 6 rolls. It was ridiculous but tradition is tradition.  I bought 4.  I  had a coupon so one was free so it came to 16.00 plus tx. I think they can do better. It was only 11 am.

This place is disgusting. There were flies flying all around the food and landing on the food. Four workers were standing around talking to each other over food they were prepping while a long line formed. One of the workers asked for help and the blond big girl said they were busy! Busy running their mouth and not getting anything done. If I was that girl I would quit, non of her co workers were helping.

I had to wait for my daughter and sat next to the Cinnabon. I have to say I was impressed how hard they work. They are moving non stop and their line moved fast. I hope their management recognizes them for it.
