I stopped for a cinabon while in Tri-County Mall. The mall is lifeless! The kid at the counter stood there as I tried to figure out if he knew that I wanted to purchase. I finally said where do I order. After I purchased paid for my order with real money. They took my order from what was in the display case old looking cold with very little icing! I had to ask twice for these two kids with heavy accents to comprehend and act as though they were doing me a favor. If they added icing it came with an imaginary elf! I can keep my money in my pocket if this is what I paid for.
The cinnabon restaurant has the best cinnabon sweets in there when you walk in the door you can smell the sweet smell of the scent

You can't find as tasty cinnamon rolls anywhere else only at Cinnabon. It's unique taste can really make your day awesome. P.S I had the whole box in 1 go thats how good they are : D
Love my cinnabons with extra icing. What I don't like is that I can no longer buy a cinnabon, with the icing on the side. A lot of people like them without the icing. I don't understand why I can no longer buy it like that ,cause I'm still paying the full price for it. You are losing money like that. So when I go to get some, I'm only getting for me and not my friends.
The food is yummy , staff is professional . Excellent service. Highly recommended.
Bought the big box tonight with 6 of them and got back to our hotel and they were hard as a rock, you could tell they have been on the shelf for a long time! Pretty sure there is a rule about shelf life of their cinnamon rolls! Thanks for being to lazy to make more!
Ehh... just so-so. Service was fine. Not necessarily rude not friendly either. My baked good I cannot remember the name was rock hard all along the outside. Price was very expensive for what it was -- especially considering I could only eat the center of it. On a good note, the delicious smell of the Cinnabon area lingered throughout a good bit of the mall. Albeit, it was most likely the lingering smell that prompted my Cinnabon purchase... by the time I was leaving the mall, I couldn't help but to make a purchase.
This is by far the worst cinnabon we have been to. They jacked up the price to over $5 for one Cinnamon roll!! They are also served colder than usual and the owners I assume are cheap. Very little cinnamon and light cream cheese icing. They look smaller too. I dont mind paying the price if at least they load it up but they skimp on the important stuff.
They are not like they used to be, they are smaller and not as good. They need to improve on size and add more icing portion. As much as I love cinnamon rolls, I hated to have to complain. Please just improve to keep faithful customers.
