The staff is patient, courteous and does a good job getting people through the line pretty quickly. They also make some pretty good reggae recommendations. The s'mores flavor is delicious! The place was clean and I appreciated that the entire wasn't freezing inside, like with other places during the summer.

It's nice being greeted as you come in the door. The store is well lit and most everything is right in front of you.  The are friendly and helpful.  The flavors are great although I would prefer smaller chips in Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip.

I often ship a six pack to friends and acquaintances that live out of town and they are never disappointed. Here's a response from a friend on the west coast. "Thank you for the kind gift of deliciously local ice cream.  It arrived today, and I am shocked that it arrived still cold and in perfect condition.  My wife Annie has already had her spoon in it, and she said it is top notch.  Very thoughtful, and I appreciate."  Nothing beats Graeter's!

Wife called and ordered an ice cream cake for my son's 21st birthday. Walked in, picked it up and was out the door in no time. Cake was delicious as always. Our family loves Graeter's ice cream. Also highly recommend curbside pickup done through the Graeter's app.

A Cincinnati favorite! A must try! The ice cream is the best I've had so far! They make it in small batches so you know it's made with care. The doughnuts are amazing! They sell cakes, cookies, and even doggie desserts. If you are in Cincinnati for the first time try something from Graeter's! You won't be disappointed!

this may be my favorite graeter's location - because it's busy but usually not crowded!  The folks here are super friendly.  There isn't a lot of space to eat outside, but when you need a mocha chip double dip, this is place to go
