Been here twice, I redeemed some shake recently with my Cinnabon points but they don’t it same way as regular order. I wish they treat all same, the points came from actual purchase in first place.  Anyways lower your prices, they are damn high for a dessert shop !!!

As far as I'm concerned cinnabons never have enough icing so I always order extra. When I saw the guy didn't charge me I asked again for the extra icing he assured me 'yeah I got it' and I didn't think twice.  I come home to eat my cinnamon roll and I didn't get the extra icing. Super weird and just annoying because I asked for it twice. I'm not sure what he thought I was asking for but definitely check your order to make sure it's right. I usually check my bag after getting food but I assumed after asking twice that I would have gotten it but that's on me I guess ‍

It's my birthday, so everyone gets 5 ratings today!   It's been 20 years since I've had Cinnabon,  the wonderful counter girls said,"You want to wait for the fresh ones out of the oven?"  OF COURE I DID,  Pecan loaded with extra frostingwarm and gooeey! Had to have a few bites in the parking lot.  When I got home I grabbed my Cinnabon and stole away like a little girl in my room, savored every bite alone.  Time is short not waiting another 20+ years!

Jesus and Anthony are the best! They work so hard and this is my favorite location. They keep their baked goods new and fresh and they truly value integrity and great business ethic at this location!

Staff is nice and responsive but my review is for the hot coffee I got. It was not up to the mark. To be more clear I was expecting something similar to hot latte so if that’s not your expectations you can still try.  Agree with other few folks about the color and combination of the shop which is beautiful

I remember when back in the day, I would come here with family all the time to pick up packs of six. It really shocked me how much they've changed since then! I picked up a pack of six, and not only did the price shoot way up $19.99 per box post-tax, they didn't let me wait for a box of hot ones! They had boxes of cold ones sitting there, and the cashier made me take one of those. Definitely not a fan. He did give me two extra spreads though which was nice. But still, I need those fresh, hot ones right out of the oven!

Cinnabon fan here. It was ooey gooey heaven. We also had the mochalatta and it was a nice balance of coffee and chocolate. Highly recommend
