These people are great. Matt and the team did quality work on my VW recently and went out of their way to make sure the work happened around my schedule.  They took time to explain exactly what was happening to the car and walked me through things in a straightforward, honest way. Really can't say enough about these folks - they're the best!

This is honestly the best car repair place to go to! If you need anything done with promptly, efficiently, and is cost effective, they've got you covered. They do their best to make sure that you're taken care of both inside and outside of your car!  Everyone is friendly and nice, if you're thinking about getting service here, don't think twice! :)

My experience at Circle Auto Repair was excellent! Michael did a great job of explaining what was going on with my car and giving me options for how to handle it, without pressure. He also took the time to pick me up at the metro so I wouldn't have to walk to the shop to get my car. I will definitely go back to Circle Auto and I highly recommend their service!

I was recommended to Circle Auto by a family member & word of mouth is always the best marketing tool! Everyone on the staff provided me with a thorough & comprehensive summary of the issues they found with my car. Highly professional with IMPECCABLE customer service!! I will definitely be returning for all future repairs or issues with my car!

My daughter moved to Virginia from Texas to attend college at George Mason University, this year.  Being young & not knowing anyone in the area, she was very upset when her car starting having problems.  Of course, we felt helpless being 1,800 miles away from her.  We were so blessed that she found Circle Auto Repair! Michael & his crew at Circle Auto Repair had such great hospitality & helped me daughter to feel reassured that everything was going to be okay. They even took the time to call us & talk to us on the phone while laughing & cutting jokes with my daughter to help her feel relaxed & comfortable.  We were so impressed with their pricing, speedy service, & pleasant personalities.  My daughter never once felt like "just a number" or "another customer".  She made friends that day & will never take her car anywhere else!
