Absolutely loved it. The restrooms and laundry room were always clean and tidy. Management was friendly, and my children loved that they had a little park to play in so close. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I loved our experience at circle L. The staff were helpful and friendly. The neighbors were courteous and kind. The community was quiet and the price was great. My favorite part though was how kind they were to our children. We stayed at circle L for a month in our 5th wheel trailer.

Worst place to live.. Bad managment, horrible maintenance, unorganized, and overpriced. I Dont recomend it to anyone.

All I can say is don't stay at this mobile park. I stayed for 9 full months, was promised to have my deposit back in a week and it has now been 2 months. I have called 3x and they keep telling me they will check on it. The last time I called, the guy hung up on me after saying in a rude tone "sorry I didn't give you the answer you wanted". During a winter storm, branches above my trailer fell and did some damage and nobody came to help for two days. They advertise guests using the shower and bathrooms by the office and they were locked the entire nine months that I lived there. No matter what the circumstances were, they were never polite and continued poor, unprofessional behavior. I was never late on rent so I never understood why they were so rude. I will never recommend this place to anybody.
