Terrible management I would give a negative raiting if possible. The manager is rude unprofessional and seems to have no one managing her. She is irresponsible causing trouble. She also gives out personal confidential information.She loses rent checks then adds late fees. No one can pay using a debit card making payment extremely difficult. She also does not enforce park rules like loud music and cars, street lighting etc. The homes are so close together if you have a loud car next to your bedroom it sounds like it is in your home your home also fills with their car exhaust it's disgusting. Also every 6months or so there is a hike in rent and change in rules that they charge you for. RHP properties and the management here is a rotten company.

O stars No one manages the manager here. She Corin Goon Player yes this is her name is so rude and thinks no rules apply to her. She has no people skills and has lied about information to a lender. She is a horrible manager. She makes up stuff as she go's without providing any paper work backing her claims. If it benefits her she is willing to break all of the rules she is a liar very unprofessional. She also sells homes without even knowing what she is selling again she makes it up as she go's she is living off of other people and their hard work ripping off every single resident who lives there. The rent is 600 plus a month and they do nothing it is a huge scam the rent is also raised every few months. She does not enforce park rules with some but is very cruel to others she plays favorites but the scary thing is she does give out personal information. All of your neighbors know what you do for work and how you live in your home along with giving names and where your neighbors work wether you are single or married if spouces fight or been involved with evictions it is a scary thing to share that sort of information.

The manager gives out confidential information she gossips about residents she gives out their names, professions and house numbers to other neighbors who are moving in. She tries to sell "homes" with little to no knowledge. She also holds rent checks saying she did not receive them on time to collect extra late fees to have extra funds for holiday parties she tries to put on for residents who know she is rude unprofessional lacks people skill and is generally unhelpful no one wants her candy. She starts conflict without resolve and enters the homes if you go out of town. I too would give a negative raiting if possible. She also refuses to give you the name and number of her supervisor saying why would you want their number they will just call me so you have no way of addressing any issue with anyone who is actually a professional. RHP Properties has a very very bad name. Terrible fraudulent company who does not honor any thing or take pride in their employees.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The manager Corrine (aka cory) is horrible! She is rude and doesn't take your concerns seriously. I request for a whole year to have the street light looked at and they came out and "fixed it" and it never worked. If you park on the street the next day it will be towed over night. There are safety issues and they decide to turn a blind eye to the issues and will fix the playground first. It was nice because I have kids but I would rather see other things fixed first when there wasn't a problem with the playground in the first place. She will jump on you about something that needs to be fixed but someone with the same problem a lot worse, won't do anything about it but she will jump and give you a "second notice" when you never received the first. The quality of residents living there are pretty good but not impressed either. I would not live there if you even paid me!! The lot rent prices are ridiculously high and keep increasing, and it really isn't even worth it. If you do end up moving there all I have to say is good luck!!

If I could rate it a "0" I would. The park cameras by the pool never worked until the past year. I walked into the pool bathroom and found 2 kids having sex because the locks didn't work. Thank goodness I walked in because a 7 year was just about walk in. The street light have been out for 4 years. The pool for for years never opened on time. One year we had the pool open for less then a month. The pool has to be close on Mondays for cleaning. The manager had someone come into my back yard without notice and cut the tree down in the back yard. The Manager can't keep a maintenance man. We have a new maintenance man ever year. The one we have now works his butt off. Manager corin (Cory) is rude and plays favorites. She makes up rules and trys to enforce them. Cory came onto someone's property and started to throw away there property on there deck. The cops were called. Always raising the rent. Cory is telling a resident who has a spotless yard, trailer and surrounding that she has to paint her shed because it doesn't match the area. The shed is tan. She also told another family to take down kids cartoon curtains down because they don't match the park. Plus she keeps telling other residents they have to paint there trailers because they don't match the park. This was the biggest mistake to move here. They are trying to make a rule where you have to leash your dogs in your own fence back yard and your deck. They are trying to have no fences. They are now telling you can only have 2 pets.
