Business wise they get 5 stars, but I rate them 3 because they are annoying. You know corporate had a big meeting with their  employees and are forcing them to be overly nice. I don't mind small talk and the whole "hello, how's you day going", but they go too far and over do it. 

You know what I'm talking about if you go there.

Great, fast Wells Fargo. Have been able to get in and out quickly on multiple occasions. The employees are courteous and friendly.
