It's probably worked for others but it didn't work for me. Ended up having to defer. Which i could have easily done myself. Wasted efforts, hence the three stars. I'm sure it's worked for others. I think it is a little cheaper than other law firms. +2 stars. It was easy to book a attorney +1 star. More than anything frustrated with the time I spent there and my attorney's representation at Court. I'm sure the attorney's are busy, but this was just my feedback with the experience. Hopefully you all have better luck than i did!

Also, i do think it's worth mentioning. I believe my ticket was priced at $270 something but it ended up coming out to $239. I don't think Citizen had anything to do with that but more so the judge. If your ticket doesn't get dismissed, except to spend at the most four hours! Unless you choose to continue to go to trial. Hopefully this review helped.

Best $ 50 I ever spent on legal fees.  Citizen provided me with email, voicemail, snail mail reminders on the status of my case.  The attorney assigned, she showed respect and concern for everyone she was representing.  At the end, my case was dismissed for a $ 50 fee.

Worst experience I have ever had! The lawyer had an attitude and obviously does not care about her clients at all! She was the very very last lawyer to speak with the prosecutor! Every other lawyer had already spoken to him and helped their clients, even the people with no attorney were helped before I was. When she finally spoke with the prosecutor and called me up to her she said she could not get is dismissed (obviously since I heard her talking to him and she did not even try!) and I said okay well I have already been waiting over 2 hours for you to barley get to this point so there is no reason for me to wait for a trial I know I am not going to win (I am already missing work). She talked me like I was no one important to her, like she had done nothing wrong, never even apologized for taking so long or try and help me! I will never ever use this law firm again! After she blatantly did not care to hear any of my complaints I told her I was gonna leave reviews, and all she did was laugh! So immature and disrespectful!

My issue is on follow up, I was out of the country and was not able to check my mail for when my court date was. I never got a call or email from these guys to confirm my court date. They just want the money, customer service is not good at all. I called them when o returned and they wanted me to pay $150 for them to represent me again. I’ll just pay the fine the bogus fine instead. Thanks for nothing, should have just paid it originally anyways these are usually scams but figured I’d give it a try.

I highly recommend this law firm I had three traffic violations and they got them all dismissed and off my record the people are very professional and awesome thanks law firm
