Using my granddaughters phone. On any event my grandma has an acct with Citizens bank. So on Friday the 28th of November my grandma went o do a transaction there and she was short changed of 75$. She is the payee for my aunt and it was a devastating blow. A few hours later she called and they set they could not tell her anything until six when they count the drawer. They said they would call her back. Which they did not. That Saturday morning at 9 am she called them. Of cause they said the young woman was not short of cash in her drawer. Leaving my aunt who is disable short of $75.00. With this being said she will be withdrawing all her funds out of citizens bank. Apparently because of one cashiers feel the need to pocket money.

I Love  The APP At First  Then All I Got  Was Error, Error, Error  Error  When I  Tried to Log In  I Even  Went to the  Bank and  The Bank Rep. COULDN'T GET  To The  Problem  Signed. FRUSTRATED
