Good bank, if you only do domestic business.  The people who work here have generally been very helpful and easy to do business with.  If you only do business within the country, I'd say it's a slam dunk.
 
If you do any international business (like we do) then you'll need a different bank completely.  Their payment processing is broken and doesn't understand foreign currency.  We make a ton of purchases overseas (often in Russia) and can't use our debit card to do it with this bank.  Their processing thinks the amount being taken out is in USD when it's actually in Russian Rubles.  So a $1500 purchase gets declined because they think it's $90,000 not 90,000 Rubles.

Even after hours of calling back and and forth with them, they can't offer a solution, so I'm having to move my bank now.
