I had 6 saving bonds i needed to cash and so i called this branch and asked if they would do it.  The person i spoke to said they would.  I then went in was instructed on some places to sign..  When i went over to sign and came back the new cashier said they were too busy to do them (the place was completely empty) and that i should come back at a less busy time.  When i asked when that was she said before 10.... so i said I would come back before 10 the next day I was still being polite.  She then rudely suggested i go somewhere else and that they wouldnt be able to do them before 10 tomorrow either.  If there was any question of whether i would go to or recommend Citizens bank before.... after today that question has been settled.

Before my car was broken into I had green checking which was free. After my car was broken into I stopped by this branch to start new accounts. I asked to just have the same account as before, but was persuaded to have a circle checking account because it was also free and I qualified. At the time I had a little less than 6000 in the account. I regularly mentioned to the staff that was helping me that I did not have a job. No one explained to me that once my balance dropped below $5000 I would be charged $17.50 each month. I have been charged 17.50 each month since october. Thanks citizens bank, I could have bought myself two weeks worth of food with the money you stole from me.
