The service is OK. There online is bad service and know there fast Balance check is getting better.  Citizens Bank does saving account differently and they open up to late

Citizen Bank has served me with the most inconsiderate service any bank can possible do.  In my experience I have not been served and disregarded as an unsatisfied customer.  Maybe they should listen instead of stating quotas, and know your policies before stating them simply to get rid of an unhappy customer.  Word of mouth can do a lot of damage to any bank.  Think about that Citizens, esp. the branch in Brockton, MA!!!
