I don't go into the bank often, but when I do all the employees are courteous and efficient.  Unfortunately all businesses, and banking is one, have reduced staff and  relay on automation more.  Visitors to the bank need to be more understanding and patient or they can learn how to use all the electronic banking devices to cure their frustration.

If I could put 0.00 stars, I would.

Deplorable customer service is one thing.
Consistently making mistakes with your money is another.
I have never in all my life experience a more disconnected, 
unprofessional company, ever.

At a huge national bank, you would think they have access to the same information in their systems. They do not. No two people at Santander, both in the branch, and on the sea of Customer Service phone numbers will ever give you the same answer. 

It went from wow, this is odd - to - now I'm mad - to are you effin' kidding me - to - am I being filmed and this is being used for a reality show, bad.

Imagine being so fed up with a company that you drive the branch, not once, not twice, but three times to CLOSE ALL ACCOUNTS, only to find out their systems didn't "pick up" two other accounts that were opened at the SAME BRANCH. 

Months, not weeks or days spent trying to resolve the simplest of issues. 
If you are looking for a constant headache which doesn't get better over time and if you want a company to eff with your money.. look no further, go to Santander.
