Heather should not be in the front office working with the customers or the public.  The main Citizens bank needed her to verify I was a customer  to get me back online and to use their mobile banking again.  She absolutely refused to do it saying "she was not trained to do that and she was not permitted to do it".  She become rather loud and unprofessional about her inabilities to do this with others watching.  Finally, as I was leaving,  two other employees came out from the office.  I had to go to another branch and they took care of the problem immediately and were so sweet and understanding.
