Lady on the phone was quite rude.

Ladies, who work in this office are always so nice and helpful.

Let"s talk about the "superior customer support" Keystone's main website mentions.  Last year my father drove to the Murrysville office to pay his property tax.  When he got there, a sign on the door read that they were only open a couple of days a week due to covid.  When he returned the day it was open, he told the clerk that their website hours needed to be updated.  Guess what?  It happened again today.  First, I wonder how many places in Murrysville are still following the covid protocols.  I think Florida pretty much proved it was all a bunch of baloney.  Second, how much trouble would it be for an institution that expects tax payers to be perfect or be penalized when they can't even correct their website for how many years now?

Nice and friendly staff.
