It’s so convenient stopping at the bank before I grocery shop. I like seeing the same friendly faces when I walk in the building. One of those faces being Liz Corp. Liz is a great manager. I recently had my first fraudulent experience and she spent a lot of time with me. She filed my claim, gave me all the facts/paperwork for the DETECTIVE, and answered my many questions. She explained how my money was stolen and explored how it would be returned. Her hard work had my money back within 24 hours from when I noticed it was missing. Thank you Liz Corp and thank you Citizens Bank.

Manager has a bad attitude and was too busy to help me with an issue. I will never to using Citizens Bank again.
