I came today (11/6/17) very late with a request that I knew will take little longer then the hours of operation and Michael with one more guy worker helped me out! Thank you so very much!

Staff was not helpful at all, would not let me take money out of an account with my name on it. After my experience here I'm closing my TD bank account

I am a big fan of TD Bank b.c they are what they advertise, America's most convenient bank. 
This specific TD however, contradicts what they claim. They might say open till 7 but they actually close the bank at 5 and only allow you to do basic transactions that could be done at the ATM at the drive through.
Personally I have no reason to go to the bank unless I need some one on one assistance and I work till 5. This TD is pointless.

Unprofessional employees. Do not take fraud cases seriously. Fraud case for 29.99 and TDBank charged 2 fees for $35 each. They are taking advantage of a young student who has opened their first checking account. Horrible experience!
