*Extremely* slow employees; watch and be amazed at how they take ages to do the most simple of tasks. Clearly they're being paid by the hour and couldn't care less about prompt service, or indeed you the customer.

Usually, this wouldn't be a problem, right? Just go in the morning or pay online... Well, good luck with both of those! They're never open in the morning, you can go there and see cars piling up outside and the place will be locked up tight. I once waited for 30 minutes for them to open, like an idiot and eventually left out of frustration. Oh, and if your policy is month-to-month, then you -CAN NOT- pay online!!! Good luck doing it over the phone; like I said, they're always busy and are just as willing to let phones ring off the hook as your least favorite bank.

You *may* save a bit of money by getting liability with these guys, but the headaches really aren't worth it.
